Privacy Policy — Syncria

Effective: May 4, 2026 Last updated: September 30, 2026 (added Cadence) Developer: Nadezhda Leonova, publishing as Syncria Contact: syncria.jbidmj@bumpmail.io

This Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by Syncria. The summary, common practices, and your rights described below cover every Syncria app. Any practices that differ between apps are listed under Per-App Specifics.

Apps Covered

Future Syncria apps will be added to this list before they are released.

Summary

Syncria apps do not collect, transmit, or store personal data on remote servers. Everything you log lives only in the local database on your iPhone. Subscriptions, where offered, are handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment information.

What We Don’t Collect

Across all Syncria apps, we do not collect, and we do not have access to:

Our apps contain no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no third-party trackers. In apps that offer subscriptions, the only outbound network access is to Apple’s StoreKit servers, exclusively to verify subscription status — and Apple’s framework handles that call without exposing any of your information to us. Apps without subscriptions (currently Cadence) make no network requests at all.

Common Practices Across All Syncria Apps

Local Storage

User content (journal entries, preferences, in-app state) is stored in the app’s private container on your iPhone — typically a SQLite database under Application Support and key-value preferences in UserDefaults. This data does not leave your device. iOS automatically encrypts the device contents, including this data, when your iPhone is locked with a passcode.

Subscriptions

Where a Syncria app offers premium subscriptions, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment method, your Apple ID, and the subscription record. We receive only a yes/no entitlement signal from Apple’s StoreKit framework — we never see your payment method, full Apple ID, or billing address.

To manage or cancel a subscription, go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or use the Manage Subscription link inside the relevant app.

Backups

If you back up your iPhone via iCloud or to your computer through Finder/iTunes, content from Syncria apps is included in that backup. The backup is governed by iCloud’s or your local machine’s encryption — not by us.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data persists until you take one of these actions:

We have no remote copy to delete because we never received one.

Children

Syncria apps are designed to be suitable for general audiences and are typically rated 4+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Because we do not store data remotely at all, no parental data-deletion request is necessary.

International Users

Because we do not transmit your data anywhere, the GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, CCPA (California), and similar regulations are satisfied by inaction — there is no data processor relationship to manage and no data subject rights to exercise on our side.

If you are an EU resident and want this stated formally: under GDPR Article 4(2), processing means any operation performed on personal data by a controller. Local storage on your own device, fully under your control, is not processing by us — it is your own use of your own device.

Per-App Specifics

Angel Numbers (com.syncria.angelnumbers)

Data stored on your device:

Storage location: SQLite database in the app’s Application Support directory, plus iOS UserDefaults for preferences.

Subscriptions: Premium ($2.99/month or $19.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers). Free tier limits journal history to the last 3 months.

Beyond what’s listed in Common Practices, Angel Numbers does not collect or transmit any additional data.

Cadence (com.syncria.cadence)

Data stored on your device:

Storage location: SQLite database in the app’s Application Support directory, plus iOS UserDefaults for preferences.

Reminders: local notifications scheduled on your iPhone by iOS. There is no push server; you can turn them off in iOS Settings → Notifications → Cadence.

Sharing: when you tap Share on a month, Cadence opens the standard iOS share sheet with a plain-text summary. You choose where it goes (Messages, Mail, Notes, Files, etc.); nothing is sent to us.

Subscriptions: none. Cadence is free, has no in-app purchases, and makes no network requests.

Beyond what’s listed in Common Practices, Cadence does not collect or transmit any data.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change what any Syncria app does — for example, add cloud sync, analytics, or a new app to the lineup — we will:

  1. Update this policy with a new effective date and (where applicable) add the new app to the Apps Covered list.
  2. Submit any new app version to Apple, which Apple will review.
  3. Surface the change in-app on first launch after the update for the affected app(s).

You will see any change before it takes effect.
